These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through this online shop.

2. Vertragsgegenstand / Subject of the Contract

Der Anbieter verkauft digitale Produkte über den Online-Shop.
Digitale Produkte sind insbesondere Downloads wie Templates, Software, digitale Dateien, Designs, E-Books oder ähnliche digitale Inhalte.

The merchant sells digital products through the online store, including downloadable files such as templates, software, designs, digital assets, or similar digital content.

3. Vertragsschluss / Contract Formation

Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar.

Mit Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf ab.

Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Bestellung bestätigt wird.

Product listings in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers.

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart.

The contract is concluded once the order confirmation is issued.

4. Preise / Pricing

Alle Preise sind Endpreise.

Gemäß der Kleinunternehmerregelung nach §19 des Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG) wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.

All prices shown are final prices. No VAT is charged according to §19 German VAT Act.

5. Zahlung / Payment

Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Online-Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden, insbesondere:

  • Kreditkarte

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Shopify Payments

Payment is processed through the payment providers offered during checkout.

6. Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Produkten / Withdrawal for Digital Products

Bei digitalen Inhalten kann das Widerrufsrecht gemäß §356 Abs. 5 BGB vorzeitig erlöschen.

Mit Abschluss der Bestellung stimmt der Kunde ausdrücklich zu, dass der Anbieter mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnt.

The right of withdrawal for digital products may expire once the performance of the contract has begun with the customer's consent.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the contract may begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may expire.

7. Haftung / Liability

Der Anbieter haftet nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten beruhen.

Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Anbieter nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.

Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.

The merchant is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Anwendbares Recht / Governing Law

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Bei Verbrauchern innerhalb der EU bleiben zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften ihres Wohnsitzlandes unberührt.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
